The whole mushrooms are from the USA, wild crafted, GMO Free.
You CANNOT eat the whole or ground Turkey Tail Mushrooms! They are very woody. You would need to make a tea, tincture or extract from them (I send this information with the mushrooms) You can eat the powder.
The ground turkey tail mushrooms are not fine, we tried to grind it to a fine powder, but it didn’t work due to the consistency of the mushrooms. We are trying to find a way to get it to a powder. You can use them to make a tea or tincture out of. If you want to encapsulate them, you can, but you will not get the medicinal benefits that you do by making a tea or tincture from it.
